By downloading, installing, or using the Dirshu Daf HaYomi B'Halacha mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

The App and all related intellectual property rights belong to Dirshu SA. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying or modifying the App or any part of it
• Using our trademarks in any way
• Attempting to extract the source code of the App
• Translating the App into other languages
• Creating derivative versions of the App

All trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the exclusive property of Dirshu SA.

3. App Services and Changes

Dirshu SA is committed to ensuring that the App is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to:

• Make changes to the App at any time and for any reason
• Charge for App services with clear notification of costs
• Update features and functionality
• Modify or discontinue services

4. Data and Security

5. Internet Connection and Data Usage

7. App Updates and Compatibility

The App is currently available on Android and iOS platforms:

• You must download updates to continue using the App
• We do not guarantee updates will be compatible with all device versions
• You agree to accept updates when offered

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

• All rights and licenses granted to you will end
• You must stop using the App immediately
• You must delete the App from your device if required

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
